Empowering LGBTQIA+ young people to not just survive, but THRIVE 〰️

Professional Mentorship Program Overview

Through our program, young professionals who identify as LGBTQIA+ aged 18-25 years will be matched with LGBTQIA+ mentors based on their commonalities.
Conversely, LGBTQIA+ adults have the opportunity to volunteer to be the role model they needed when they were younger.
Tech Fleet’s work champions transparency and safety for both parties throughout the design process.

Objectives

  • Increase LGBTQIA+ representation, giving LGBTQIA+ young adults professional role models they can identify with

  • Facilitate the opportunity for mentees to build a career path with the guidance of a professional mentor in their field

  • Provide an online safe space for LGBTQIA+ people to form long-lasting mentor/mentee relationships
